We offer different levels of monthly home care packages, as well as a range of one-off services. You can find out more about each option below. For additional information or services, please contact us.
Coastal Check Package - €39/month
A simple, reliable check‑in on your home each month. I visually inspect the inside and outside of your property, look for signs of damp, leaks or damage, and make sure windows and doors are secure. After each visit, you receive a short update so you know everything is in order.
Coastal Care Package - €69/month
For owners who want a little more support. You get the monthly Coastal Check Package plus meter readings, post collection, airing the house, and light cleaning and dusting of key areas. I can also make up beds ready for your arrival and coordinate with your usual tradespeople if something needs attention. As with the Coastal Check package, you will also receive an update post visit.
Coastal Complete Package - €99/month
Full peace of mind for your home. This package includes everything in the Coastal Care Package, plus extra visits in bad weather, detailed reports with photos, and priority access to one-off services. Each month I carry out a light clean and dusting, and get the house fully ready for your arrival or your guests’ stay if there are visits planned. I’ll also do a grocery shop before you arrive based on your preferences, and attach the receipt to your monthly invoice. A small surprise welcome gift is always included.
One-off Services - Priced per request
Need help now and then rather than every month? You can book one‑off visits as needed, either alongside a package or on their own. Some examples are below, but please enquire for anything additional.
Examples include:
- Grocery stock‑up before you arrive
- Opening up and airing the house
- Post holiday cleaning
- Plant watering, inside and out
- Waiting in for deliveries or tradespeople
- Checking the property after a storm or heavy rain
- Putting out / bringing in rubbish and recycling bins
- Simple changeovers between guests or family visits
Key Holding & Emergency Call‑Outs
I securely hold a set of your keys so there is always someone local who can access your property when needed. If an alarm goes off, a neighbour raises a concern, or you need to let in a delivery or tradesperson, I can attend on your behalf.
Emergency call‑outs are handled as quickly as possible, and I’ll update you with what I find, plus photos where helpful, so you can decide on any next steps. Any emergency call-out will be priced per request.
